Aunt Kayla's Yumkin Shake Recipe:

Blend:

canned pumpkin

flax meal

chai seeds

any other nuts or seeds you want

cinnamon

peanut butter powder

soy milk or other

bananas

Then Add and breifly blend to chop roughly:

pumpkin seeds

pecans
